This is the piece you’ve been missing. You are the creator of your reality, just not in the way you’ve been trying to apply it. This isn’t a mindset thing, this is physics. You are an electromagnetic being, with a bioelectric field that spans up to 3 meters around you, in every direction. Every thought you have produces an electric charge, your emotions are magnetic, and together that's your electromagnetic field. That is the frequency you are broadcasting out into the world every single day, creating your reality.

You can think of yourself basically like an antenna. Because everything in this world is energy, and everything responds to frequency. So when you're walking around with limiting thoughts or beliefs, and unresolved emotion you've never actually processed, that matters. Because it quite literally sits within your subconscious, imprinted within your field, lowering your overall frequency. This is where “raising your vibration” isn’t as simple as being positive or happy and joyful, because ultimately, you are the sum of all your parts. So those thoughts, those beliefs, that unresolved emotion still sitting dormant within your system becomes part of the overall frequency you are putting out, and therefore your reality isn’t what you want, it’s simply what you’re resonating with. It’s the Law of Resonance.

And this is the work I do. Helping women actually change their frequency, and inevitably change what they’re resonating with. Because the reality you want isn’t something you need to chase, it’s quite literally something you’re broadcasting. But that frequency didn't come from nowhere.

Our subconscious is heavily programmed between utero to age 7, made up of everything we learnt as a child about ourselves, about others, about the world around us. This happens through our conditioning, from what was told to us by our parents, caregivers, society, as well as what we saw modelled to us from those same people and groups. Things like, who you were told (or you perceived) you were as a person, or what they told you (or you perceived) about the world or family, relationships, money, men, being seen (the list goes on). And we actually create a meaning about those things, which is what makes up our subconscious programming.

It's also based on what happened to us, the trauma (big or small) or significant events that you experienced as a child, that teach you what feels good or what feels bad, what you wish didn't happen and also what you need to do or who you need to be to make sure it never happens again. And so we become that person. Literally fragmenting our psyche and our soul, our true self, in an attempt to protect ourselves. We were programmed and conditioned and this becomes the lens that we perceive ourselves, others and the world around us. But it also dictates how we behave and experience our life too.

We start to notice patterns in our lives, whether behaviourally, situationally or relationally, that we don't want constantly happening in our life. And regardless of how much we tell ourselves that we don't want it to be this way anymore, that we don't want to find ourselves behaving in certain ways, or experiencing the same situations over and over again, it keeps happening anyway. Because, whether you like it or not, this is the reality that you’re resonating with, this is the reality you’re creating. Every single one of those experiences, every emotion that wasn’t processed, every belief that was formed is what makes up your electromagnetic field, the very frequency you are emitting. And until you change that, you continue to perpetuate the cycle, simply experiencing more of the same.

Behavioural patterns look like: procrastination, perfectionism, people pleasing, overthinking, negative self talk, self sabotage, overwhelm, emotional eating, anxious habits or behaviours, fear of being seen. Relational patterns look like (friendships, family, partnerships): choosing emotionally unavailable partners, attracting the same type of person in a different body, codependency, self abandonment, not speaking up or feeling unheard, struggling to receive, pushing people away. Situational patterns look like: problems at every job, feeling like you're hitting a ceiling in career or finances, starting things and never finishing them, the same kind of friendship fallouts, or finding yourself in the same situation again, just a little bit different. And often, these patterns begin to manifest physically too, as anxiety, tension, fatigue, or pain held in the body.

This is where self awareness comes in. Because the moment you can actually see a pattern, instead of just unconsciously repeating it, you're no longer stuck inside it. You remember: you are the creator of your reality, and what you're seeing isn't happening to you, it's simply reflecting back what you're resonating with. That’s information, that’s an opportunity to ask yourself what is this showing me, about me, what needs to change within me, so I can create something different.

Science names this too. Neurons that fire together, wire together, so every time you repeat a thought, a feeling, a behaviour, you're actually strengthening that neural pathway in your brain, and it becomes completely unconscious, completely automatic. Your brain is also constantly looking for evidence to prove what it already believes, because that’s how we’re wired. That's not just spirituality now, that's neuroscience, because we see the nervous system do the exact same. It will always choose what's familiar, even when familiar doesn't feel good, because to your nervous system, familiar means safe, which is simply our wiring too.

And we can explain this in physics too. Everything in the universe is energy, vibrating at a certain frequency. Which is exactly what we previously referenced, the Law of Resonance. It sounds spiritual, and it is, but it's really just describing the same thing science already agrees with, that like frequency creates like reality. Three explanations from three distinct systems, but really just one whole system that's out of alignment.

But here's the thing about all of this, understanding it isn't the same as healing it. You can know exactly why you do what you do, and still find yourself doing it anyway, because knowing something in your mind and releasing it from your body are two completely different things. Healing has to happen at the root, the "why" behind the pattern, and the charge still sitting in your system underneath it.

It all comes back to consciousness. Because everything you've been seeking outside of yourself was never actually missing. It's already within you, it always has been. We didn't come into this human experience to find ourselves, we came here to remember ourselves. But part of this journey is to completely forget who we are on the way in, so that we can remember. Not just who we are as people, as personalities, or our authenticity, but actually the true nature of who you are as a human being, that you are a literal fragment of Source consciousness. You are not just a human having a random, meaningless experience, you are a powerful, limitless, sovereign being.

But not only are we born into this world in a state of amnesia, we are literally born into a system built to keep you disconnected, depleted, brainwashed, and asleep to who you really are. And most people spend a lifetime running on their programming and conditioning, never waking up to their truth. But the thing is, you haven’t landed on this page by accident, you are here to remember yours. The missing piece was never out there. It's you, it's your frequency, and it's your consciousness. This is the work that connects you back to your truth, your coherence, your sovereignty. The true nature of who you are, and the nature of this holographic reality. And that's not just a concept, that's physics. You are quite literally, scientifically, the creator of your reality. And that’s what it really means.
